Detailing is not washing
Washing cleans the surface; detailing restores the paint. The difference shows under light: fine swirls and wash marks disappear and the colour regains its depth.
Step one: inspection under light
Before we touch the car we inspect the paint under dedicated light, separate surface marks from deep scratches, and judge what the paint can take. No machine starts before we know the surface.
Wash and decontaminate
A two-bucket wash, then removal of iron fallout, tar and bonded grime. This step stops polishing from turning into new scratches.
Polishing in stages
A cutting stage removes fine scratches, then a finishing stage brings back the gloss. The number of stages depends on the paint and colour; black needs the most care.
Protect the result
After polishing, a nano ceramic layer keeps the gloss and makes washing easy, or PPF covers the parts that take gravel. Without protection, sand and bad washing bring the swirls back within months.
