We respect your privacy. We collect only what we need to service your car and talk to you.

What we collect

Name, phone number, vehicle details (make, colour, plate), before/after photos of the work, and any message you send us via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or this website.

Why

To perform the service, issue your invoice and warranty, answer your questions, remind you about care or ask for your review after delivery, and showcase our work on our channels with your consent.

Social media accounts

When you message us on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok we use the platforms' official tools (Meta and TikTok APIs) to read and reply to your messages and to publish content. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Sharing

We share data with third parties only to deliver the service (e.g. the film manufacturer for warranty registration) or when Qatari law requires it.

Retention and deletion

Invoice and warranty data is kept for the warranty period and as long as the law requires. You may request deletion of your data or photos at any time via WhatsApp +974 3337 4743 or the email below; we act within 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data, and withdraw consent to publishing photos of your car.
